Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility at 125 T Locust Hill Dr, Lexington, KY 40468, US within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

Shipping Restrictions (Domestic Only)
Quantivaa LLC currently ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery directly with the carrier.
Damage or Loss
Quantivaa LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged product until the claim is resolved. If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate it.
