You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.

- Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, charms, or components.
- Returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered.
- Items not in their original, resellable condition.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. Do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving the RMA number.
Return Shipping
Quantivaa covers the cost of return shipping for eligible returns. Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility requirements.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex), typically within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the item for faster resolution.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item following the return process and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.
